It was so tranquil, private, quiet, and relaxing. Exactly what we need. Beautiful place. Beautiful mountain view. So tranquil and peaceful. Love it.

Back to basics. Our stay (me and my partner) was very relaxing, and we loved it. On the morning we had to leave, I wished we could just stay one more night! I would call our stay "back to basic" as there isn't really anything of the modern world at Wild Syringa - and it isn't a bad thing at all! We were looking to take a complete break from the city and all its distractions and finally see stars again at night. It is so calm and peaceful, and the scenery is absolutely beautiful. I would definitely come back with our dogs this time as the accommodation is pet-friendly and has an area that's fenced for dogs. The lack of power took us aback a bit, but it is written in the description. I just thought it meant with alternative electricity. But there are 2 charging plugs available for your phones as well as LED strips on the ceilings for nighttime and also paraffin lights! So no need to worry too much. If you are truly looking for a city detox, it is absolutely the place. You can go on various hikes, stargaze at night, and just rest. Cleanse all the stress from the city. There is everything you need to cook (and the pots and pans are cast iron). PS: the fridge didn't work, so we used a camping fridge, which I never used before, so it was just a small adaptation that we had to encounter. Another recommendation - please pack a few warmer clothes for the night and morning as the temperature drops quite substantially.

Relaxing. The stay was superb although the heat was too much, but we enjoyed our stay.
