Very neat, comfortable accommodation in a peaceful environment. We had a great stay at Wildevy. The accommodation was very neat, clean and comfortable, with everything we needed for a pleasant stay. The surroundings are peaceful and we immediately felt at home. Everything was well taken care of and our experience was very positive throughout. We would definitely recommend Wildevy to anyone looking for a comfortable and nice place to stay in Nelspruit, and would happily stay there again.

Baie netjiese, gemaklike verblyf in ’n rustige omgewing. Alles was goed versorg en ons ervaring was deurgaans baie positief.

Comfortable stay. We had a great stay. There's a lot of stairs, so keep that in mind when you are booking.

The accommodation was okay, the place itself is neat and clean. The stay was okay, the place itself is neat and clean. Getting from the parking area to the sleeping area is not that pleasant; you have to go down a small hallway and then past the people's swimming pool to the back of the owner's house. There are wooden stairs that go down to the door that are not very wide, and there are also no handrails to hold on to, with a ditch below you. We also got very little coffee and sugar for 4 days for 4 people. Had to ask for sugar one morning and again for coffee and sugar another morning. We were told that we would help out with coffee and sugar one more time, after it was offered to us beforehand that there would always be. We also got 4 pieces of rusks for 4 days for 4 people.

Thank you very much for your feedback. We appreciate you taking the time to share your experience with us. We are pleased to hear that you found the accommodation neat and clean. However, we note your comments regarding the access from the parking area, as well as the stairs. The safety and comfort of our guests is important to us, and we will take your feedback into consideration when planning future improvements. We also apologize that the coffee, sugar and rusks did not meet your expectations. These are actually complimentary upon arrival and not provided for the entire period of the stay. We will review our provision and communication in this regard to ensure that future guests have a more convenient experience. We have not had any other complaints in this regard to date.
