Avemore Winelands Home is a self-catering holiday house situated in the heart of the Devon Valley on the western outskirts of Stellenbosch. Surrounded by vineyards and scenic landscapes, the property offers a relaxing stay within easy reach of wine farms, hiking trails, restaurants, and popular attractions in the Cape Winelands.
The house can accommodate up to 7 guests and comprises 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The main bedroom is furnished with a king-size bed and leads to a children’s room containing a single bed and a cot. The remaining 2 guest bedrooms are each furnished with a queen-size bed. Both bathrooms are fitted with a shower, a toilet, and a basin. Amenities in the bedrooms include air-conditioning, electric blankets, quality linen, and block-out blinds. A baby cot, high chair, and baby bath can be arranged on request, making the house well-suited to families travelling with young children.
The kitchen is fully equipped for self-catering and contains a gas stove, electric oven and stove, fridge-freezer, microwave, cutlery, and crockery. Additional appliances include a Nespresso machine, dishwasher, and washer/dryer combination. The open-plan living area features a dining table, comfortable seating, a smart TV with streaming capability, and a fireplace. Free Wi-Fi access is also provided.
The enclosed garden is furnished with outdoor furniture and features covered braai facilities. Guests also have access to secure parking behind gated fencing, as well as the communal swimming pool at Le Verger. Outdoor activities in the surrounding area include wine tasting, hiking, cycling, bird watching, and horse riding. The property is also conveniently located within easy reach of Cape Town International Airport.
