Zanzibar House is a self-catering holiday home in Gordons Bay, inspired by the island of Zanzibar and decorated with unique pieces collected during the owners’ travels.
Accommodation is offered in 3 en-suite bedrooms that accommodate 7 guests. The first contains a queen-size bed, a baby cot, and a bathroom with a bath and shower. The second bedroom has a queen-size bed, and the bathroom has a shower. The third bedroom offers 2 child-only beds, and the bathroom has a shower. Bed linen, bath and swimming towels are provided.
The fully equipped kitchen includes a gas stove, oven, fridge-freezer, microwave, tea- and coffee-making facilities, a 6-seater dining table, and a washing machine. The lounge has comfortable seating, a TV with DStv, a dartboard and air conditioning. Wi-Fi is availble. Firewood is provided for the fireplace.
Guests can relax in the quaint garden, which offers outdoor furniture, a patio, a braai, and an outdoor dining area, or enjoy the beach that is just a short walk away. Secure parking is available on the premises. Gordons Bay offers a range of nearby activities and attractions, including fishing, wine tasting and hiking. Local markets, restaurants, and wine farms in the Helderberg, Overberg, and Stellenbosch regions are within easy reach.
