IMPORTANT INFORMATION
1. Please note that Thonga Beach Lodge is not accessible by 2-wheel drive vehicles, so please specify if you require a transfer from the designated pickup
area to the lodge? Please also indicate which pickup time you will require. Pickup times are at 12h00 and 15h00 only and are strictly adhered to.
2. 4x4 transfers must be booked 48 hours before arrival to ensure that there is a vehicle available.
3. 4x4 transfers from the lodge to the pickup point depart the lodge at 10h30 daily.
4. 4x4 transfers are chargeable at a per person rate.
5. The 4x4 transfer time is approximately one hour.
6. A surcharge will be levied for transfers done out of the scheduled times for both arrivals and departures.
7. If you are running late or early and will not make your designated transfer time it is of utmost importance that you contact the lodge and notify them of
your expected arrival time. Cancellation fees are levied if we are not notified at least 3 hours before.
8. Please call the lodge as you leave Hluhluwe or Jozini (alternate route) so that we are aware of your position to amend your pickup time if necessary.
9. Please note that check-in is after 13h00 and the check-out time is before 10h00.
10. Thonga Beach Lodge is considered to be a low risk malaria area.
11. Children under 6 years will be served dinner prior to adult meal times, children under 10 years need to vacate the bar area by 19h00.

TERMS & CONDITIONS
• 2 night minimum stay year round.
• 3 nights minimum stay from 15 December to 15 January.
• All bookings must be sent in writing via email to res@isibindi.co.za.
• In order to confirm your booking, a 50% deposit must be paid within 2 working days of making the booking.
• By confirming your booking and paying the deposit you also agree to our terms and conditions which then becomes Binding.
• We reserve the right to cancel and release a booking if the 50% deposit is not paid within 2 working days.
• The balance of the booking is payable no later than 7 days prior to arrival at the lodge with all sundry and incidental charges incurred to be paid on departure.
• Please note that only cash and credit cards are accepted at the lodges. Debit cards are not accepted at the lodges for making payments.
• We adhere strictly to the cancellation policy as stipulated below due to the fact that we run small lodges in remote locations and cancellations, even of just two people, can have a significant effect on the operations of the lodges.
• It is the guest’s responsibility to ensure that they have full comprehensive travel, medical and vehicle insurance. It is the guest’s responsibility to ensure that their insurance covers any cancellation fees that may arise. Isibindi Africa Lodges will not accept responsibility for any losses incurred.
• Rates include VAT. Rates exclude the Isibindi Foundation levy and park fees.
• Please note all family rooms carry a minimum charge of 2 adults and 1 child age 12.
