Friends previously resident have semigrated to Montagui. Petty crime/vehicle theft is becoming an issue. Too many car guards/washers hanging around the Square for their own good or visitors peace of mind."

Woodlands Retreat Private Property"Lovely town to visit with many little shops to visit with interesting knickknacks to look at and purchase. There is a wide variety of restaurants to cater for all taste. The Jacket Shop is definitely worth a visit or two. The walks there are really beautiful, well marked and well maintained. Thank you to everyone who made our visit such a relaxing time."

Kahara Maluti Lodge"'n Fantastierse plek met genoeg afleiding/vermaak/opsies vir 'n gesin met klein kinders, 'n familie met oupa's en ouma's, avonturiers wat wil bergklim, bergfiets ry of net lekker in die natuur of deur die pragtige dorpie wil wandel, verliefdes wat stil plekkies wil besoek; of selfs enkellopendes wat kan wegraak in die winkeltjies, kunsgalerye en heerlike koffie drink en eetplekke. Natuurlik ook vir die jongklomp wat wil kuier, drink en ontspan!"
