Family Home in the Winelands is situated in Welgemoed in the northern suburbs of Cape Town. The tastefully furnished 4-bedroom home boasts open-plan living areas with an indoor braai and bar, leading out to the deck, swimming pool and lush garden.

The house comprises 4 bedrooms and can accommodate 8 adults and 2 children. The first bedroom contains a king-size bed and a double couch, the second bedroom contains a queen-size bed, the third bedroom has a double bed, and the fourth bedroom contains 2 single beds. Three of the bedrooms lead out to the swimming pool and garden. Two bedrooms have en-suite bathrooms with a bath and shower in each. The other 2 bedrooms have access to a shared bathroom.

The open-plan kitchen is equipped with a fridge, an oven and stove, and a microwave, and features a breakfast counter with bar stools. The kitchen leads into an open-plan dining and lounge area. The house is equipped with a TV and free Wi-Fi, and guests have access to secure parking.

The house is ideally located 5 km from the Durbanville Wine Route and 1.5 km from Bellville Golf Course.
