Family Home in the Winelands is situated in Welgemoed in the northern suburbs of Cape Town. The tastefully furnished 4-bedroom home boasts open-plan living areas with an indoor braai and bar, leading out to the deck, swimming pool and lush garden.

The first bedroom contains a king-size bed and a double couch, the second bedroom contains a queen-size bed, the third bedroom has a double bed, and the fourth bedroom contains 2 single beds. Three of the bedrooms lead out to the swimming pool and garden. Two bedrooms have en-suite bathrooms with a bath and shower in each. The other 2 bedrooms have access to a shared bathroom.
The open-plan kitchen is equipped with a fridge, an oven and stove, and a microwave, and features a breakfast counter with bar stools. The kitchen leads into an open-plan dining and lounge area. The house is equipped with a TV and free Wi-Fi, and guests have access to secure parking.

Unauthorized guests are not allowed to stay over, unless previously agreed upon when the booking is made. Please do not allow extra guests to sleep at the house unless agreed upon during the booking process. Non-compliance may result in eviction.
