House Rules

Children and infants are welcome.
Pets are not allowed.
Smoking is not allowed.
Parties are not allowed.
An extra charge of R150 will apply when checking in after 18h00 and after 22h00, and an extra fee of R250, which is payable upon check-in.
No loud noise after 21h00 and no noise after 23h00.
No smoking. You will be liable for a fine up to R1000 for smoking violations.
The host may require you to send them a copy of all the guests ID/ Passport documents over AirBnB as they need to register you at the building manager.
No more than 2 visitors are allowed at any time, and no one is allowed to stay over except for the guests booked.
You will also be required to sign a document upon check-in explaining the house rules.
For monthly rentals (30+ nights) electricity will be limited to R500 for a 1 bedroom and R750 for a 2 bedroom.
