Breakage Deposit
A refundable breakage deposit of R1500 is payable directly to the property.
House Rules
Only booked guests are allowed to sleep in the apartment. We do not accept bookings made on behalf of others.
Visitors are limited to a maximum of 2 persons at any given time, and they are not allowed to stay overnight.
If the number of occupants staying overnight exceeds 4, an additional fee per extra person per night will be charged.
No firearms, weapons, illegal substances, or illegal activities are allowed on the property.
The apartment is strictly non-smoking. Please be considerate of future guests and refrain from smoking inside or on the property, including the stairwell. If smoking occurs, a cleaning fee will be charged to cover professional steam cleaning costs.
Parties, gatherings, or loud music are not allowed.
Please be mindful of neighbours and keep noise levels down. Quiet hours are observed between 22:00 and 07:00. If the Body Corporate issues a fine due to noise or disturbance, the guest will be responsible for the cost of the fine plus a handling fee.
The apartment is not serviced during short stays. Personal laundry services are not provided, but guests are welcome to use the washing machine in the apartment. Several laundry services are available in the Sandton central area.
The apartment features a smart TV with a basic selection of DStv channels available via the DStv Stream app. Due to recent changes in Netflix's sign-in process, guests are required to log in with their own Netflix accounts.
Parking is available in any open parking bay outside the building. Basement parking is reserved for permanent residents. Parking in a reserved basement bay may result in fines, which the guest will be liable for, plus a handling fee.
Remaining in the unit for more than 1 hour after the scheduled check-out time will result in a extra charge. If the unit is occupied for more than 2 hours beyond the scheduled check-out, the guest will be charged for an additional night. Should an unauthorised late check-out cause a cancellation for the next guest, the responsible party will be liable for the resulting financial loss, including compensation to the affected parties.
