1 Concord Apartment is a self-catering apartment set amongst the vibey coffee shops, retail outlets and restaurants of central Stellenbosch.

This air-conditioned studio apartment can accommodate 2 guests and comprises a combined living, kitchen and sleeping area. The unit contains a queen-size bed, and an en-suite bathroom fitted with a shower, a toilet and a washbasin.

The kitchenette is fully equipped for self-catering and contains a stove, oven, fridge-freezer, microwave, washing machine, a Nespresso machine, cutlery and crockery. The lounge has a comfy couch and a flat-screen TV with selected DStv channels. There is also a work desk and chair available.

Set on the first floor, the unit is surrounded by 270 degrees of glass. You look straight onto the oak trees that line the pavements of Church Street. It is the closest you will get to living in a treehouse. A secure parking bay is available on site.

There is a coffee shop downstairs and a wine bar, restaurants and local shops are within walking distance.
