1 Mountain Rd Boutique B&B is situated high on the mountainside in Fish Hoek, where exclusive luxury accommodation is offered with panoramic views over the village, the beach, and False Bay. The property is positioned to provide a scenic coastal stay, with the beach and surrounding attractions located a short drive down the mountain, approximately 2 km away. The setting allows for a peaceful escape while still offering easy access to shops, cafés, and nearby coastal towns such as Kalk Bay and Simon’s Town.
Accommodation is provided in 4 well-appointed rooms that can accommodate 2 guests each. All rooms are furnished with king-size beds that can be converted into twin beds on request, or queen-size beds, and each room is fitted with an en-suite bathroom containing both a bath and a shower. The rooms open onto a shared patio where uninterrupted views of the ocean and the surrounding landscape are enjoyed.
Each room is equipped with air-conditioning, a television with full DStv and Netflix access, an electronic safe, a bar fridge, and tea- and coffee-making facilities. Complimentary Wi-Fi access is provided throughout the rooms, ensuring connectivity during the stay. An inverter system is installed, ensuring an uninterrupted power supply during load shedding periods.
Breakfast options are available, including a voucher system redeemable at a beachfront restaurant located approximately 2 km from the property, as well as an optional continental breakfast served on-site by prior arrangement. Secure free parking is provided for guests. The surrounding area offers access to swimming, snorkelling, fishing, whale watching in season, and scenic coastal walks along Jager Walk, with a variety of restaurants, shops, and attractions located within close proximity.
