Description

1 Sunset is a beautiful self-catering holiday apartment situated in a secure complex located in the heart of Table View. This is a great option for a family getaway or a small group of friends as this apartment has great ocean views.

This apartment can comfortably accommodate 4 guests at a time and comprises 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The main bedroom is furnished with a double bed and features an en-suite bathroom fitted with a shower. The second bedroom has 2 single beds and makes use of the second bathroom which has a shower.

The open-plan living area features a kitchen fully equipped with a stove, oven, microwave, fridge-freezer, cutlery and crockery as well as tea- and coffee-making facilities. A dishwasher and washing machine are available too. Leading from this kitchen is a lounge space with comfy seating and a TV. This space is also a dining table where guests can enjoy their meals together. Access to free Wi-Fi is available.

Through the sliding door is a covered balcony with a table and chairs which is a great spot for a morning coffee or a sundowner while admiring the ocean views. Guests can take a short stroll to the beach for a day of sun and surf, or explore the nearby restaurants, cafes, and shops. The vibrant V&A Waterfront is just a short drive away, where you can indulge in world-class dining, shopping, and entertainment.
