House Rules
Guests will need to Complete and Sign a form issued by the Body Corporate and available from the host that acknowledges that they have read and understood the Body Corporate Rules. Guests will also be liable for any penalties and fines issued by the Body Corporate to the Host/Owner for Tenants not adhering to the body corporate rules.
Only guests listed on the booking and who have submitted their identification documents to the Body Corporate are permitted to access and stay in the apartment.
