103 Juanita is a modern upmarket self-catering apartment situated on the golden beach stretching from Margate main beach to Lucien beach. The flat is right on the beach, just walk out of the gate and you are on the sand. No roads to cross.
As you enter the flat and see the sea, you automatically enter "holiday mode"
The flat boasts a full seaview, a lovely pool and outdoor braai area. There is also a gas braai on the patio where you can relax and watch the sea.
There are 2 parking bays in the underground garage. The lift gives easy access to all floors and makes the complex ideal for wheelchairs, prams and the elderly.
The 6 sleeper flat is tastefully furnished and equipped. The main and 2nd bedrooms have queen size beds, and the 3rd bedroom has 2 single beds. Two of the bedrooms have en-suite bathrooms and there is a 3rd family bathroom.
The lounge is open plan to the fully equipped modern kitchen and dining room and flows out onto the beautiful patio with its unbelievable sea and beach view.
The flat has DSTV with the family package. All the rooms have fans.
The popular Shelly shopping centre and Shelly ski boat club are 5km from the flat.
Deep sea trips can be arranged as well as scuba diving, whale and dolphin watching. The Margate fishing pier is a stone's throw from the flat. There are several very popular golf courses, the Oribi Gorge and other place of interest to visit. The Wild Coast Sun is only a short drive away.
You can also visit the smallest dessert in the world , just outside Port Edward. Lake Eland Game Reserve with its swing bridge and zipline are also extremely popular.
The flat will become your home-away-from-home holiday apartment and you will want to return often to relax and rejuvenate.
