103 Juanita is an upmarket self-catering apartment situated in a secure complex in Margate. The building is located on the beachfront, which stretches from Margate Main Beach to Lucien beach. The complex has a gate which leads directly onto the beach.

This six-sleeper flat is tastefully furnished and consists of 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. The main and second bedrooms each contain a queen-size bed and a TV with selected DStv channels. The third bedroom is equipped with 2 single beds. There are 2 en-suite bathrooms and a third family bathroom. which are fitted with a shower, a basin, and a toilet. There is also a bath in the main bedroom en-suite.

The flat has a new fully equipped kitchen and the open-plan living area offers a TV with selected channels. The living area leads out to a balcony, which has a gas braai facility and lovely ocean views.

Guests have access to the complex’s communal braai areas, a swimming pool, and the elevator. There are 2 parking bays in the underground garage assigned to this flat.
