Breakage Deposit
A refundable breakage deposit of R1000 is payable directly to the property.
House Rules
The smoking of cigarettes is prohibited inside the unit. A fine will be charged if this rule is violated. Guests may smoke outside on the patio, provided the sliding door is kept closed to prevent smoke from entering the house.
No drugs, cannabis, or any other illegal substances are allowed. Smoking of cannabis inside the unit, on the patio, or in shared communal areas (e.g., pool) is strictly prohibited. This is a serious offense and may lead to immediate eviction.
No visitors are allowed.
Any damaged items will be charged to the guest.
Beach towels are not provided; guests must bring their own. No towels, wetsuits, or clothing may be hung outside; please use the drying rack provided inside the unit.
We kindly request all guests to use electricity sparingly and not to leave lights, heaters, or appliances on unnecessarily.
For long-term stays (20 days or more):
Upon arrival, 400 units of electricity will be loaded; thereafter, guests are responsible for purchasing their own electricity on the prepaid meter.
A cleaning fee applies and will be charged upon checkout, not during the stay.
