Rates displayed are for self-catering accommodation only. No meals are included. When staying multiple nights, please note that cleaning services can be arranged with the host at an extra cost. Free cleaning services are available on Tuesdays only.

House Rules

No loud music - please respect the tranquillity of De Valk & Tak.
Visiting guests must be arranged with the host.
No sleepover of additional visiting guests are allowed.
Please ensure that the main gate is closed when entering or exiting the premises.
This is a non-smoking unit. Smoking anywhere outside is allowed. Please use the supplied ash tray, on the outside table, for buds.
Your dog(s) are welcome upon arrangement with the host, but please use the supplied dog poop bags and dispose in the indicated bucket outside, before you leave.
Remember to drop the keys in the safe deposit box at the main gate, when checking out.
