12 Korhaan is a stunning self-catering house located in Paternoster, in close proximity to the beach. This is the ideal getaway for nature lovers, ocean lovers, or simply those looking to break away from the noise of the city.
The house accommodates 6 guests and comprises 3 bedrooms, one of which is en-suite, and 2 bathrooms. The main en-suite bedroom is furnished with a queen-size bed with a bathroom fitted with a shower. The second bedroom contains a queen-size bed, while the third bedroom has twin beds. The second bathroom is fitted with a shower and a bath. The bedrooms flow into the open-plan living space which has a kitchen, dining, and lounge area.
The beautifully lit kitchen has an island table with ample seating and is fully equipped with a stove, an oven, a microwave, a toaster, a fridge-freezer, cutlery and crockery, as well as tea- and coffee-making facilities. A scullery is located next to the kitchen and has a washing machine and dishwasher installed. The kitchen flows into the dining room area furnished with a dining table with enough seating for everyone to enjoy meals together. The lounge has ample seating available in front of a flat-screen TV with a selection of DStv channels. Wi-Fi is available. There is also a fireplace, perfect for those cold winter nights. The living area leads outside into a private courtyard with an undercover braai area with an additional 6-seater dining table.
Guests have access to their separate own entrances and there is secure garage parking.
