The house also has an outside braai facility with garden chairs, and there is off-street parking for 2 vehicles behind a gate. No boats or other vehicles are allowed.
The house is within close proximity of restaurants, shops and pubs in the area. The property is located 2 blocks away from the rock pools; 15 minutes walk from the lighthouse and the walkway to the 2 Oceans Monument.
