12 on Crinum offers self-catering holiday accommodation with a private entrance on the owner’s property which is located in the heart of Bloubergstrand. It could be a great option for either solo travellers, business travellers or a couple wanting to explore the coastline of the Mother City.

This cottage can accommodate up to 4 guests at a time and comprises 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The main bedroom is furnished with a double bed and the second bedroom contains 2 single beds. A shower is available in the first bathroom, while the second bathroom has a bath and a shower. All linen and bath towels are provided; however, guests are required to bring their own beach towels.

The open-plan living area features a kitchen equipped with a gas stove, microwave, air fryer, fridge-freezer, cutlery and crockery as well as a coffee machine. Leading from the kitchen is a breakfast bar with stools and a lounge space with comfortable seating and a TV. Access to free Wi-Fi is available.

Outside, guests have access to a private garden space with outdoor seating and braai facilities. Guests are afforded secure parking in a double garage on the property. The location of this property is a short distance from the beach, restaurants and shops.
