Breakage Deposit
A refundable breakage deposit of R800 is payable directly to the property.
House Rules
There is a cleaning service that comes in every second day. If you wish to have extra cleaning services, a cleaner can be made available at an additional cost.
Please note if any damage done exceeds the refundable deposit then the client is liable to pay for the damage.
