House Rules
No smoking or vaping indoors. Smoking is allowed outside only.
Late check-ins (after 20:00) incur an additional charge.
Visitors: Only booked and paid guests are allowed; no additional visitors.
Air-conditioning: A maximum of 5 kW per day is included. Any additional usage will be charged to the guest.
Damages & breakages: A replacement fee will be charged for any broken items. Any damage or loss to property, internal or external, will be charged accordingly.
Quiet hours: 22:00 to 07:00.
Cleaning & linen fees: An additional cleaning fee will be charged if the unit is left excessively dirty. A linen fee applies for heavily soiled or stained linens and bedding. Housekeeping will access the room for cleaning on the day of departure.
Air-conditioning & security: Always switch off the air-conditioning when leaving. Keep all windows closed to prevent monkeys from entering and causing damage.
