13 on Chios is a stylish and spacious holiday home located in a secure estate in a quiet cul-de-sac, just 80 m from the beach and scenic coastal walking paths in Langebaan. The home is designed for family or group stays, with a strong focus on entertainment and relaxed coastal living.
The first floor features a pyjama lounge and a coffee station with a workspace. There are 5 bedrooms, of which 4 are en-suite. The main bedroom is furnished with a king-size bed and includes an en-suite bathroom fitted with a bath and shower, a Smart TV, desk and chair, and a private patio with sea views. The remaining bedrooms are furnished with queen-size beds, except for one bedroom furnished with 2 three-quarter beds. All bedrooms include Smart TVs, and the en-suite bathrooms are fitted with showers. There is a separate guest toilet available.
The ground floor offers an open-plan layout with a games room featuring a pool and table tennis table, card and board games, and direct access to the swimming pool through stacking doors. There is also a braai room with a built-in braai and Smart TV, as well as a separate lounge with a Smart TV. The kitchen and scullery are fully equipped and include a dishwasher, washing machine, and tumble dryer. This level also includes a guest toilet, 2 putting greens, and a swimming pool.
Additional features include fast, unlimited Wi-Fi and 7 Smart TVs throughout the home, allowing guests to log into their preferred streaming services. Towels and beach towels are provided.
