Breakage Deposit
A refundable breakage deposit of R5000 is payable directly to the property.
House Rules
A refundable deposit is required to confirm the booking, and guest and vehicle details must be submitted at least 48 hours prior to arrival for estate access.
Estate rules include no parties, no pets, no unregistered guests, and a maximum of 10 guests at any time. Noise must be kept to a respectful level, and a speed limit of 30 km/h applies within the estate. Parking is limited to 2 cars inside the property where space allows, with additional vehicles to be parked outside the estate in the designated area. Check-in and check-out times must be respected.
