House Rules
Full names and ID numbers of all guests are required upon confirmation of your booking.
An additional cleaning fee covers a full-service clean of the apartment upon check-out.
A courtesy cleaning service is available from Tuesday to Saturday upon request, kindly send a message to schedule.
Linen and towels are refreshed after every 3 night stay.
Quiet hours and building curfew are from 22:00 to 08:00.
Visitors are not permitted at any time.
No parties or events are allowed.
The apartment’s maximum occupancy must not be exceeded.
Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the apartment and in all common areas, including hallways.
The apartment is for holiday use only. Corporate guests are welcome; however, business activities or promotions on the premises are not permitted.
Alcohol consumption is prohibited in all shared areas, such as corridors, parking spaces, and elevators.
Vehicles must be parked in designated bays only.
Improperly parked vehicles will be clamped and a release fee will apply.
If belongings are left behind, guests will be notified for collection. Items will be held for 14 days and discarded if not claimed.
No coal or open-flame braais are allowed on the property.
