Please note that check-in is not available on 25 and 26 December or 1 January.
The apartment operates on prepaid electricity. Guests are responsible for electricity usage during their stay. Electricity will be loaded prior to arrival, and any additional usage must be topped up by guests.
The cleaning fee includes departure cleaning only. Additional cleaning services can be arranged in advance at an extra cost.
A maximum of 6 guests may be accommodated at any time.
No pets are permitted.
No parties or events are allowed.
The building is a non-smoking establishment.
Bath towels may not be used as swimming towels.
All windows and doors must be closed when guests are not in the apartment due to strong winds in the area.
No loud noise or music is permitted. Quiet hours are from 22:00 to 08:00.
Guests may not enter the lift with wet feet.
No laundry or towels may be hung over the balcony railing or be visible from outside.
No items, including food or cigarettes, may be thrown from the balcony.
