Quiet, safe stay in a beautiful house. We had a great stay in the peaceful surroundings and house full of art. A friendly place to stay - and close to the area where we attended a function. The three dogs were a bonus and the host was friendly and helpful.

Rustige, veilige verblyf in 'n mooi huis.

Clean, peaceful and satisfying. We had a great stay! Werner is very friendly. And his place is so beautiful. Would recommend anyone to stay there if they are in the area.

Skoon, rustig en bevredigend. Ons het baie lekker gebly! Werner is baie vriendelik.

Slept wonderfully and comfortably. Guesthouse was very clean, well appointed and neat. It was a little uncomfortable because the rooms were so close together. We were out late and felt like we were bothering the other guests when we came in late. Beautiful interior. Lovely crisp white bed linen, slept luxuriously. The owner's dogs sniffing around was uncomfortable - I'm not a dog person.

Heerlik en gemaklik geslaap. Gastehuis was baie skoon, goed ingerig en netjies. Dit was effens ongemaklik omdat die kamers so naby mekaar was.

If you don't love animals, beware. The accommodation was as beautiful as in the pictures; however, the host has these gigantic dogs that he lets roam around freely whether you like animals or not. This should have been stated in the listing in bold letters because we would not have even bothered otherwise, as my partner is particularly afraid of dogs, but the host would not accommodate us by cordoning them off for the duration of our stay. We couldn't even access the pool because of the dogs potentially popping up in the area at any time, which is the main reason we booked the accommodation in the first place. Unfortunately, we had to check out a day early as we felt like prisoners in our room and were getting zero value for our stay. If you don't love having dogs constantly in your space, beware.

The suite, breakfast, view and hospitality were unbeatable! Worth the effort! The suite is tastefully decorated and exceeded our expectations! Werner was a friendly host and spoiled us with breakfast! The peace and view was unbeatable! Lovely surroundings and an excellent getaway spot.
