15 Katjiepiering Avenue offers comfortable accommodation in 2 units located on the same premises as the manager's residence. The property is ideally situated near the beach and the rolling hills of Hartenbos, providing a peaceful base for exploring the Garden Route.

Unit 1 (Self-catering Apartment)

This private unit accommodates 2 guests and features its own entrance. The bedroom is furnished with a double bed and ample cupboard space. The bathroom is fitted with a shower, washbasin, and toilet. The open-plan living area includes a kitchen equipped with a fridge, a small freezer, and a microwave. The lounge offers a TV with Wi-Fi, where guests are welcome to log in to their own DStv and streaming apps. Outside, guests have access to private braai facilities. Please note that this unit does not have air-conditioning.

Unit 2 (Two-Bedroom Apartment)

This spacious unit accommodates 4 guests across 2 bedrooms. The main bedroom features a queen-size bed and a flat-screen TV, while the second bedroom is furnished with a double bed. The unit offers 2 bathrooms, one of which is an en-suite. The kitchen is fully equipped with a fridge-freezer, microwave, kettle, toaster, and cutlery. Guests also have access to braai facilities.

General Facilities: Secure parking is provided on the premises behind a remote-controlled gate. Bed linen is supplied for both units; however, guests are requested to bring their own towels. Please note that there are no credit card facilities on-site, and pets are not allowed as there are two resident dogs on the property.

15 Katjiepiering Avenue is located just 2 km from the Hartenbos beachfront and its various attractions. The area offers a wealth of activities, including swimming in the ocean or heated pools, deep-sea fishing, boat trips, and shark cage diving. It is also an excellent starting point for day trips to the Cango Caves, ostrich farms in Oudtshoorn, or the various wildlife sanctuaries in Plettenberg Bay.
