Breakage Deposit

House Rules
The balance of the booking is required 1 month prior to check-in. A refundable breakage deposit is also payable at this time and will be refunded via EFT within 10 working days after departure, provided the property and its contents are left in good condition.
Cleaning services are available on Sundays and public holidays by prior arrangement and at an additional cost.
Bookings for groups where all guests are 23 years old or younger are not permitted.
No events or parties are allowed.
Smoking is not permitted inside the unit.
