Extra Fees

Breakage Deposit
A refundable breakage deposit of R1500 is payable directly to the property.
House Rules
Pets is not allowed.
For security and verification purposes, guests are required to present a valid form of identification, such as a passport or ID card, at check-in.
All properties are strictly non-smoking, and tenants assume full liability for all minors and visitors during their stay.
Parties, and events are not permitted under any circumstances.
For stays of 8 nights or more, a complimentary mid-stay clean, including fresh linen, will be provided. Additional cleaning services may be arranged upon request with a minimum of 24 hours’ notice and will incur an additional charge.
A standard key and breakage deposit is payable prior to check-in. The amount is determined by the standard of the establishment and may be adjusted at the discretion of the owner or management.
To ensure a sustainable and comfortable experience for all guests, electricity usage is subject to a fair use policy that allows for a reasonable level of daily consumption. In the rare event of unusually high usage, a reimbursement may be requested.
A late check-in fee applies for arrivals between 21:00 and 00:00, payable in cash directly to the property host upon arrival. For arrivals after 00:00, an additional fee will apply.
