House Rules

The property and its contents should be treated with care. Games are available for use and should be returned after use. Books may be enjoyed during the stay, but should not be removed from the property. Furniture should be covered with the provided covers. Bed linen and towels are changed once a week. Towels are not permitted for beach use, and guests are required to bring their own beach towels. Any accidental damage should be reported promptly.

The property is located in a quiet residential area, and noise levels should be kept to a minimum. Dogs are to be kept quiet at all times to avoid disturbing neighbours.

A washing machine and dishwasher are available; however, guests are required to provide their own washing powder and dishwasher tablets.

Streaming services are available on the TV. Guests may log in using their own accounts and are required to log out prior to departure.

Guests are required to fully extinguish indoor fires after use and not leave open flames unattended. A gas bottle is available and should be used with caution. Rechargeable light bulbs are installed in the rooms and on the stairs. The owner is not responsible for power outages. The property is located in an area with 24-hour security. All doors should be locked and windows closed when leaving the property, and the alarm must be activated when leaving, although it is not required while guests are inside.

Blinds should not be rolled down when windows are open, as this may cause damage due to wind.

Pets are permitted. Dogs are not allowed on beds and must be kept off furniture unless covered with the provided covers. Guests are required to clean up after their pets, maintain the garden, and ensure that pets do not disturb neighbours.

Guests are encouraged to keep food sealed to prevent attracting pests. The property should be left reasonably tidy, and any spills should be cleaned promptly.

Electricity is prepaid and for guests’ own account, and should be used responsibly. Water usage should be monitored. The geyser should be switched off upon departure, and all lights, heaters, and appliances should be turned off when not in use.

Check-in is from 14:00, and check-out is by 10:00. Guests are required to lock all doors, close all windows, and activate the alarm when leaving.
