Description
171 Jeff's Place is a beautiful self-catering holiday home located in the popular coastal area of Yzerfontein on the West Coast and is ideal for a family holiday as it is situated within walking distance of Pearl Bay beach and a tidal pool where guests can cool down.
This double-storey property can accommodate a total of 6 adults and 2 children at a time and comprises 3 ground-floor bedrooms and 2 bathrooms as well as a guest toilet. The main bedroom is furnished with a queen-size bed and an en-suite bathroom fitted with a bath and a shower. The other 2 bedrooms each have a double bed and share the second bathroom fitted with a shower. All linen is provided; however, guests are required to bring their own towels.
The living area occupies the top level and features an open-plan design with a kitchen fully equipped with a gas stove and oven, microwave, fridge-freezer, Nespresso machine, cutlery and crockery as well as a breakfast bar with stools. A dishwasher is also available in the separate scullery. Leading from the kitchen is a fireplace and a dining space with ample seating for everyone to enjoy their meals together. Adjacent to the dining area, there is a cosy lounge with comfy seating and a TV with a full selection of DStv channels.
For guests’ convenience, there is a washing machine and a tumble-dryer available in the lock-up double garage. Additionally, this house spoils with an indoor braai room which includes a child-only double sleeper couch, a built-in braai, a TV as well as another fridge with a washbasin. Access to free Wi-Fi is available throughout the house. Through the stacking doors, there is a spacious balcony with an outdoor braai which is an ideal spot for a morning coffee or a sundowner.
