House Rules
Accommodation is only available to the number of guests specified in the booking. No additional sleeping spaces, tents, caravans, etc.
A maximum of 2 small lap dogs allowed with prior arrangement.
Pets are not allowed on furniture or bedding.
Guests must clean up after their pets and leave the garden as they found it.
No excessive barking will be tolerated.
No noise after 22:00. Music/voices must be kept low and neighbours respected.
The Home Owners Association may require guests to leave without a refund if complaints continue.
Smoking and hookah pipes are not allowed inside the unit.
Smoking must take place at least 1.5 m from windows and doors.
Guests must respect neighbours’ privacy and not walk through their yards.
Do not park in front of neighbours’ entrances.
A maximum of 3 vehicles allowed.
