Breakage Deposit
A refundable breakage deposit of R500 is payable directly to the property.
House Rules
Guests are kindly requested to review, sign, and verify the condition of all inventory, furniture, and amenities upon arrival. This serves as a record to ensure accuracy and avoid any liability.
Smoking is not permitted inside the apartment. Guests are welcome to smoke in designated outdoor areas only.
Music must be kept at a reasonable volume at all times. On weekdays (Monday to Thursday) and Sundays, no excessive noise is permitted from 22:00 onwards. Over weekends (Friday and Saturday), no excessive noise is permitted from 00:00 onwards.
Washing may be dried only in the designated drying yard using the provided washing lines. Swimming towels may not be hung in the pool area.
Pool hours are 08:00 to 23:00 daily. Children under 10 years must be supervised by an adult at all times. No alcohol or glass containers are permitted in the pool area. Alcohol is only allowed in the designated braai area.
Full body corporate rules are available on request from the owner.
