Description
This spacious apartment can comfortably accommodate 4 guests at a time comprising 2 bedrooms and a bathroom. The main bedroom is furnished with a double bed, and the second bedroom contains 2 single beds. The bathroom is fitted with a shower, washbasin and toilet. All linen and bath towels are provided; however, guests are required to bring their own swimming towels. The open-plan living area features a kitchen fully equipped with a stove, oven, microwave, fridge-freezer, cutlery and crockery as well as tea- and coffee-making facilities. Leading from this kitchen is a dining table where guests can enjoy their meals together. The lounge space has comfortable seating and a TV with Netflix. Access to free Wi-Fi is available. This living area opens onto a patio with an outdoor dining table and braai facilities, and is a great spot for guests to unwind and enjoy a sundowner while admiring the ocean views.

House Rules
Do not feed or touch the monkeys as they are wild and they bite. Please be aware and keep food and personal items packed away. It is essential you close doors and windows when you are out as the monkeys will raid your supplies. Any damages to the inside of the property caused by monkeys during your stay will be for your account. The monkeys are not scared of humans and will take food from small children or sneak into the house should there be any food visible.
Strictly no smoking or vaping inside the unit.
No use of any recreational drugs is allowed on the premises.
A maximum of 4 pre-approved guests are allowed to stay. Day visitors will be allowed by arrangement, but no additional people/guests may stay overnight.
No parties allowed.
Noise levels are to be kept to a minimum, in particular, between 21:00 and 09:00.
Any disturbance, noise or alcohol abuse reported and recorded, will be issued with a fine of R5000 and/or you will be removed from the property by security.
Please be considerate of your neighbours at all times.
Children under the age of 12 require adult supervision at the pool and for all sporting activities. Any damage or loss caused to the provided sporting equipment will be charged to the guest
The property owner/s shall not be held liable for any injuries, accidents, or damages arising from the use of the premises for sporting activities, and all participants and guardians agree to assume full responsibility for their own safety and that of their children and belongings during their stay at Chaka's Rock Chalets.
No glass items are allowed around the pools.
Bathroom towels are for bathroom use only and are not to be used at the beach or around the pool. We request that you kindly bring your own swimming towels.
No washing is to be hung where visible to the public.
Please hang your wet bathing suits and towels outside on the patio hooks provided next to the braai, or on the clothes horse out of sight.
Close all windows and doors, lock the unit and turn off the air conditioner should you go out.
Any damage caused to any fixtures and/or soft furnishings will be charged to the guest's account.
You are responsible for breakages and any damages. Please advise the hosts of any damage or breakages during your stay.
The apartment is cleaned before and after stays but if you require a daily cleaner, this can be arranged at extra cost. This does not include public holidays or weekends. Cleaning Staff are there for the sole purpose of cleaning and are not responsible for child minding. If you would like recommendations for a nanny, please reach out to the hosts for some numbers.
Stick to your designated parking bays. Parking in another bay will incur a fine. There is an undercover bay for unit 18 as well as one outside the house's front door.
No dumping of refuse or abandoned goods. Should you need your black bin bags removed please use the designated bin area in the estate to throw them out.
Your pet must be on the lead every time you walk out of your unit, this is the complex rule. Fines will be issued if you are reported for not doing this.
Pets are not allowed in the pool area.
Please make sure to pick up your pet's waste. If you don't once again the complex will fine you.
