Breakage Deposit

A refundable breakage deposit of R7200 is payable directly to the property.

House Rules

Guests must fully complete, sign, and return the booking forms along with all identity documents required for the Zimbali Estate. These forms will be emailed to the main guest by Zimbali Homes and must be returned a minimum of 48 hours before the date of arrival. The documents need to be processed by the security offices of the Zimbali Estate.

The Zimbali Estate requires that all guests aged 18 and over provide a copy of their identity documents. Dates of birth must be provided for guests under 18. Access will be denied by the Zimbali Estate if documents are not submitted in time, and no refunds or postponements will be granted. Access will only be granted on the morning after the Zimbali Estate processes any late documents.

No day visitors, additional guests, or service providers are allowed.

A damage deposit is required for all stays. The deposit will be refunded within 10 working days of departure, provided there are no damages to the home or the Zimbali Estate and no fines have been issued by the Zimbali Estate. Any fines or damages will be deducted from the deposit, and the remaining balance will be refunded to you.

For longer stays, a deposit equal to a percentage of the total booking is required. A separate invoice will be sent by Zimbali Homes after your booking is confirmed. Access to the house or the Zimbali Estate will only be granted once this deposit has been received in the trust account.

No animals are allowed on the property, as the Zimbali Estate is an Eco Estate.

If you wish to add or remove guests during a longer holiday, there will be a 24-hour delay before the new guests can enter the Zimbali Estate.
