Description
2 Blue View is a beautiful apartment located in a security complex and offers accommodation (24-hour guard) with access control and is ideally suited for a family or group of friends.
Accommodation comprises 3 individually styled bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a kitchen, dining- and a lounge area. Outside is a large covered stoep with a gas braai. The main bedroom is furnished with a king-size bed and has direct access to a small balcony with sea views. The second bedroom has a double bed while the third bedroom is furnished with 2 single beds. The rooms feature a TV with a full selection of DStv channels, Netflix, and Disney and have ceiling fans. The bathrooms are fitted with a bath, shower, basin, and toilet. All linen and towels are provided.
The kitchen is fully equipped with a fridge-freezer, stove, oven, microwave, basic cutlery, and crockery as well as tea- and coffee-making facilities. There’s also a central breakfast island with stools. In addition, there’s a washing machine and dishwasher for guests’ convenience.
The lounge area has comfortable seating, with a TV and dining table, and walks out onto the balcony that features outdoor furniture, and a gas braai and offers breathtaking views of the ocean.
For extra relaxation, there are board games and books available and guests are welcome to make use of the communal swimming pool
The unit is within walking distance of the beach, various restaurants, and coffee cafes and is perfect for those wanting to be surrounded by beautiful gardens, and a wonderful sea view without the noise of other holidaymakers. Loadshedding facilities available so guests will never suffer from power outages.
