House Rules
To ensure a comfortable and enjoyable stay for all guests, please take note of the following house rules:
No smoking is permitted inside the apartment. Smoking is allowed only in designated outdoor areas.
No pets are allowed.
No parties or events are permitted.
Quiet hours are observed from 22:00 to 07:00 out of respect for other residents.
Only the number of guests confirmed in the booking may stay overnight.
Please treat the apartment and its contents with care.
Any damage or breakages must be reported immediately.
The apartment must be left in a reasonably clean and tidy condition upon departure.
No illegal activities are permitted on the premises.
Please adhere to all complex rules, including those relating to the communal pool, braai area, and parking facilities.
Ensure that all doors and windows are locked when leaving the apartment.
Keys and access remotes must be returned upon departure.
Failure to comply with these house rules may result in additional charges or the early termination of your stay.
