Breakage Deposit

Pets are not allowed in the apartment.
Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the apartment. Guests are kindly reminded that any evidence of smoking will result in a fine.
Parties, gatherings, and events are not permitted under any circumstances. This is to ensure a peaceful and respectful environment for all residents.
Guests are requested to keep noise levels to a minimum and to respect quiet hours between 22:00 and 08:00.
Reservations may not be made on behalf of another person. All bookings must be made by and for the guest who will be staying at the apartment.
Guests are kindly asked to adhere to these rules to help maintain a comfortable and enjoyable atmosphere for everyone.
