House Rules
- There is a comprehensive house guide available in the unit. It will also be sent to you via email approximately 1 week before arrival. Please read it carefully to avoid any misunderstandings.
-The Body Corporate has strict rules regarding the number of guests per unit. A maximum of 6 persons per unit is allowed, including babies.
-No parties, with or without loud music, are permitted.
-Unfortunately, NO PETS are allowed. We are animal lovers ourselves, but we must consider the personal preferences, allergies, and needs of future guests.
-Swimming towels are not provided. Please ensure that all sand is shaken off at the beach and not brought into the apartment or washing machine.
-A full inventory is available in the unit. Should any damage occur, as accidents do happen, please report it to the host who checked you in. No breakage deposit is charged, so we trust our guests to inform us of any breakages. Serious damage (structural or furniture damage) will need to be settled via electronic bank transfer once a repair/replacement quotation has been received.
-Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the unit and is limited to the braai area on the patio — please keep the sliding doors closed. Should any smoking-related damage (such as cigarette burn marks) be identified, the entire damaged item (furniture piece, countertop, blanket, sheet, etc.) will need to be replaced.
