23 La Crete Sands is located in Uvongo and boasts a fantastic 180-degree view of the beautiful Indian Ocean. If guests are lucky, they may spot whales and dolphins from the balcony. The unit is within walking distance of numerous shops, restaurants, activities, and is a short drive to shopping centres and attractions. It is a short walk (150 m) from the popular Uvongo Beach.
This unit has 3 bedrooms and can accommodate up to 6 guests. The main bedroom has a queen-size bed, built-in cupboards, a small safe, and an en-suite bathroom with a shower, toilet, and basin. This room also has sliding doors opening onto a covered balcony. The second and third bedrooms each have 2 single beds and built-in cupboards. These rooms share a separate bathroom with a bath, toilet, and basin. Each bedroom and the living room are equipped with a ceiling fan that is controlled with a remote.
The kitchen is equipped with a fridge, stove, oven, microwave, kettle, tea- and coffee-making facilities, washing machine, tumble-dryer, cutlery, and crockery.
The living area offers comfortable couches and a smart TV with DStv’s Premium streaming package, as well as free, unlimited WiFi. The living area opens onto a covered patio with a built-in braai and dining table, with excellent sea views.
A 3.2 kW electrical inverter has also been installed should a power outage or loadshedding occur.
The complex offers top-quality security and a gate guard. Guests can enjoy the communal swimming pool, and secure parking is available for trailers. The double lock-up garage with an electric roll-up door is suitable for 2 medium-sized vehicles or 1 vehicle with a trailer. Unfortunately, the parking is only suitable for 1 SUV or 4x4 vehicle (and a trailer).
There are 2 sets of stairs leading to the unit on the third floor. The complex does not have lifts, and therefore the unit is unfortunately not wheelchair-friendly.
