23 La Crete Sands is situated in Uvongo and boasts spectacular 180-degree views of the beautiful Indian Ocean. If you're lucky, you may even spot whales and dolphins from the balcony. The unit is within walking distance of numerous shops, restaurants, and activities, and is only a short drive from shopping centres and popular attractions. It is also just 150 metres from the renowned Uvongo Beach.
This spacious unit features 3 bedrooms and accommodates up to 6 guests. The main bedroom is furnished with a queen-size bed, built-in cupboards, a small safe, and an en-suite bathroom fitted with a shower, toilet, and washbasin. Sliding doors open from the main bedroom onto the covered balcony. The second and third bedrooms each contain 2 single beds and built-in cupboards. These rooms share a separate bathroom with a bath, toilet, and washbasin. Each bedroom, as well as the living area, is equipped with a ceiling fan operated by remote control.
The kitchen is fully equipped with a fridge, stove, oven, microwave, kettle, tea- and coffee-making facilities, washing machine, tumble dryer, crockery, and cutlery.
The open-plan living area offers comfortable seating, air conditioning (metered if excessive usage occurs), and a Smart TV with DStv Premium streaming, Netflix, and complimentary unlimited fibre WiFi. The living area opens onto a covered patio with a built-in braai and outdoor dining table, where guests can enjoy the magnificent ocean views.
A 3.2 kW electric inverter has also been installed to provide backup power during power outages or load shedding.
The complex offers excellent security with a guarded entrance. Guests can enjoy the communal swimming pool, and secure parking is available for trailers. The double lock-up garage with an electric roller door can accommodate 2 medium-sized vehicles or 1 vehicle with a trailer. Please note that the garage is only suitable for 1 SUV or 4x4 vehicle (with a trailer).
The unit is located on the third floor and is accessed via two flights of stairs. As the complex does not have lifts, the unit is unfortunately not wheelchair accessible.
