Breakage Deposit

House Rules
For security and verification purposes, a valid ID or passport is required at check-in.
All properties are strictly non-smoking, and tenants are fully responsible for all minors and visitors. Pets, parties, and events are not permitted.
For stays of 8 nights or more, a complimentary mid-stay clean, including fresh linen, is provided. Additional cleaning services can be arranged on request with a minimum of 24 hours' notice and will incur an extra charge.
A standard key and breakage deposit is payable before check-in. The amount depends on the standard of the property and may be adjusted at the owner’s or management’s discretion.
Electricity usage is governed by a fair use policy to ensure a sustainable and comfortable experience for all guests. In the event of unusually high consumption, reimbursement may be requested.
A late check-in fee applies as follows: R250 for arrivals between 21:00 and 00:00, payable in cash to the host upon arrival; R350 for arrivals after 00:00.
