Breakage Deposit
A refundable breakage deposit of R1000 is payable directly to the property.
House Rules
The unit is accessible via stairs and may not be suitable for elderly guests or those with young children.
Smoking is not permitted in the unit.
No pets are allowed.
The breakage deposit will be refunded within one week if no damage has occurred.
Guests must not leave doors or windows open when the unit is unoccupied.
Guests are requested to use the outdoor shower to remove sand from the beach.
Guests must ensure that vehicles do not leave oil stains on the paving.
Guests are fully responsible for the contents of the unit during their stay.
Guests are requested to respect other holidaymakers and neighbours by keeping noise to a minimum after 22:00.
