2962 Parys Golf Estate is a beautiful self-catering home situated on the Parys Golf and Country Estate, making it ideal for a family gathering or a group of friends looking for a peaceful getaway from city life.
This double-storey home can accommodate up to 8 guests and features 4 en-suite bedrooms. Each bedroom has a ceiling fan and 2 three-quarter beds. Each bathroom is fitted with a bath, shower, basin, and toilet. All linen and bath towels are provided.
The kitchen and dining area are located on the lower level and provide access to a covered patio with braai facilities. The kitchen is equipped with a gas stove, electric oven, microwave, fridge-freezer, cutlery, crockery, and tea- and coffee-making facilities. The kitchen leads to a dining table seating 8 guests, as well as a fireplace where guests can enjoy meals together.
Upstairs, there is an open-plan entertainment area with a bar and pool table. This area leads to a lounge with comfortable seating, a fireplace, and a TV with DStv channels. Guests have secure parking (no garages) for 4 to 5 vehicles.
