Breakage Deposit
A refundable breakage deposit of R5000 is payable directly to the property.
House Rules
The estate maintains strict access rules. The Zimbali Resort welcome centre requires 48 hours to process all guest IDs, and bookings made with less notice cannot be confirmed.
Every guest must provide a copy of their ID, driver’s licence, or passport.
Uber and taxis are not permitted to enter the estate, so hiring a car is recommended.
Please note that day visitors are not allowed into Zimbali Coastal Estate.
