30 Branderdraai offers uninterrupted views of Walker Bay and has a beautiful location above the walking trail from Sandbaai to Onrusrivier, directly in front of the water. It is the ideal place for relaxing with friend and family or to walk to Sandbaai or Onrus' beach.
This seafront home comprises 5 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. The main bedroom contains a queen-size bed and an en-suite bathroom with a basin, toilet, and shower, all with magnificent ocean views. The second and third bedrooms contain 2 single beds each. The fourth bedroom contains a queen-size bed. The second, third and fourth bedrooms share a bathroom with a shower and a bath.
The separate studio apartment has a fifth bedroom with a double bed, a single bed and an en-suite bathroom with a basin, toilet and shower. There is also a kitchenette. All linen, towels and a hairdryer are provided. Each bedroom has a heater.
The open-plan living area comprises a lounge, dining area and an indoor braai. The lounge is equipped with comfortable couches and a TV with selected DStv channels with internet. The living area's stacker doors open onto the veranda with an ocean view. The kitchen contains a fridge, freezer, a microwave, a stove, an oven, crockery, and cutlery as well as a laundry with a washing machine and dishwasher.
The house also features an alarm system, burglar bars 24-hour reactions and a security door. There is undercover parking on-site for guests and fencing on the street side of the house.
Direct access to the coastal path leading from Sandbaai Beach to Onrus Beach, only 250 m from Sandbaai Beach and 350 m from Onrus Beach. The coastal strip between Sandbaai and Onrus is well-known among surfers, anglers, fishermen and divers.
