Description

300 Pip’s is a furnished self-catering apartment located in the Pip’s Place building in Strand with a full sea view. The Pip’s Place building is across the road from the main swimming beach and a short distance from shops, restaurants and other amenities.

The apartment can accommodate up to 4 adult guests and 1 child and comprises 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, and an open-plan kitchen and living area. The first bedroom contains a double bed, and the second bedroom contains 2 single beds. A sleeper couch is available in the living area for one child aged 10 and younger.

The bathroom contains a shower-over-bath, a toilet and a washbasin.

The kitchen is fully equipped for self-catering and includes a stove and oven, fridge-freezer, microwave, kettle, and toaster. The lounge contains a TV with a selection of DStv channels. Free uncapped Wi-Fi is available.

A designated undercover parking bay for 1 vehicle is provided. The building has a lift.
