Breakage Deposit
A refundable breakage deposit of R1000 is payable directly to the property.
House Rules
Guests are required to bring their own bath and swimming/beach towels.
Air-conditioning can be arranged at an additional cost.
No loud music or excessive noise is permitted. If neighbouring residents report disturbances or unruly behaviour, the host reserves the right to evict guests and terminate the stay without any refund of accommodation costs or the security deposit.
No parties or functions are allowed. The number of guests using the accommodation may not exceed the maximum capacity of the unit, and only those listed on the booking form are permitted to occupy the property.
Cancellation Fee
In addition to the cancellation policy, a fixed R 700.00 fee applies to all cancellations.
